Event details

Learn to mix a Sunset/Sunrise palette and methods to create a glowing sky.  Participants can expect to produce at least one painting. Class starts with a demonstration focusing on MIXING oil colors for morning or evening skies. Artist/Instructor Jan Ellen will demonstrate techniques specific to creating vibrant skies. Participants are encouraged to ask questions during the demonstration. Afterwards, participants will paint from their own photography or may choose to paint from one of the large SUNSET/SUNRISE photos provided for them by Jan Ellen.
During this time, Jan will go around to each person offering suggestions focusing on their individual needs. Copying of other original art or photo you did not take is prohibited, i.e.: no reference from magazines, etc.
