Captivating Landscapes with Shirley Hales

This session focuses on mastering techniques to produce convincing lush greenery, bare branches and flowering plants in landscape settings with an appropriate sky.  Attention will be paid to color mixing to achieve seasonal hues.  Perspective principles will be reviewed. Students will paint a seasonal scene from reference materials provided or bring their own image and may include a simple structural element if desired.  All art mediums welcome.
