Learn how to design and sew your own clothes!

This class is perfect for anyone interested in fashion and design, whether you’re 10 or 110! Student designers will explore and recreate classic silhouettes with Fashion First, led by professional designer and Seamstress, Renee Nesbitt-Baird. We will create a simple skirt, or a pair of shorts.

This class will cover:

  • creating and sketching your own design
  • choosing fabric
  • measuring for accurate sizing
  • cutting out a paper pattern
  • pinning and sewing your design together
  • final fitting

All supplies will be provided
