Mindful Stress Reduction (Ages 18+)
In this four-week experiential class students will be introduced to the elements of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction TM program including practices of present-moment awareness, deep relaxation, and gentle movement to help with the discovery of a life that can be happier and less stressful. Everyday moments of eating, walking, and breathing will be introduced to provide the opportunity of developing a practice of living mindfully in the present moment.
