Wednesday Night Market in Paradise

The Alliance for the Arts' Night Market is a monthly event featuring handcrafted items, visual art, local produce, food trucks, live music, beer, and wine. It takes place every second Wednesday of the month from 5-8 pm, rain or shine, in the grassy area on the north side of the Alliance's main building.

Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are encouraged to bring their own battery-powered lighting, as electricity is not provided. Vendors will be provided approximately 10x10ft space each. Vendors can bring their own tents, tables, tablecloths, displays, packaging materials, chairs, and lights. Vendors are responsible for handling their own sales, including accepting credit card payments and collecting/reporting Florida Sales Tax of 6.5% on eligible sales.

Set up and Tear Down
Vendors can begin setting up at 4:00 pm and must be ready to sell by 5:00 pm. Tear down begins at 8:00 pm. Cars are permitted to drive into the grassy area from 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm. Tent weights are mandatory (20lbs per leg). Vendors must remove all refuse generated from sales at their booth and the surrounding areas.

Consignment Terms
A booth fee of $25 must be paid on or before the day of the market. Cash or check payments are accepted (make checks payable to the Alliance for the Arts). Returned check fee is $40. The Alliance reserves the right to photograph booths, vendors, and work for promotional materials. Artists must certify that they are the maker of any and all Work(s) of fine art.

Risk of Loss or Damage
Vendors are solely responsible for any loss or damage to their Work(s) during shipment, delivery, or removal from the event. The Alliance for the Arts and its employees will not be liable for any loss or damage to a Work. Cancellations In case of inclement weather, the Alliance for the Arts may cancel the Night Market. Vendors will be notified by 3 pm on the day of the event. If weather conditions improve by 3 pm, the event will proceed as scheduled.
